This number can also be used for ATM hotlisting, grievance redressal, feedback and suggestions and other e-banking related services.

Time Bound Grievance Redressal
UCO Bank Customer Care follows an internal procedure under which all grievances and complaints lodged by customers have to be resolved under a specific time frame. The time frame for resolution of all complaints is as follows:

Branch level 7 days
Zonal office level 4 days
Circle Office level 4 days
HO level 6 days

If any of the complaints is not addressed within the stipulated timeframe, and within a maximum of 21 days, the customer can take the matter to the Banking Ombudsman appointed by the RBI. Customers can download the form from the bank’s website https://www.ucobank.com/English/complaint-form.aspx and send the form with relevant documents to the following address.
