Grievance Redressal

To enable the customers to voice their grievances or to offer some suggestions for improvement in customer service, “Customer Day” is observed at all the offices of the Bank across the organisation covering branches, Regional Offices, Corporate Office. It is held on the 15th of every month (or the following day if the 15th is a holiday or half-day) between 3.00 p.m. to 5.00 p.m. Any customer can meet senior executives of the Bank including the Chairman & Managing Director without prior appointment.

Complaint Redressal

In case of any complaint, you need to bring the matter first to the attention of the concerned Branch Manager for immediate redressal.

If the complaint is not redressed to your satisfaction, you can take it up with the Regional Manager concerned (who are the Nodal Officers for complaints at the Regional Offices) at their contact address.
