You can contact the Branch Manager either by phone, e-mail or in person, to get your grievance redressed on the same day at the branch level. If your complaint is not redressed on the same day at the branch level, you can follow the steps below:
Level 1 – Register your complaint with the Regional Head: You can also do this online or send your complaints by post. You will receive an acknowledgement within 3 days and your complaint will be redressed within 10 working days, from the date of receipt of the complaint.
Level 2 – Escalation of Complaint to the Nodal Officer at HO: If you are not satisfied with the solution got from the Regional Head or did not get any response within 10 working days after lodging the complaint, you can contact the Nodal Officer with your complaint. You can submit your complaint online and write to the Nodal Officer at address below:

You will receive an acknowledgement within 3 days and your complaint will be redressed within 10 working days, from the date of receipt of the complaint.
Stage 3 – Escalation of Complaint to Executive Vice President (Administration): If you are not satisfied with the solution got from Nodal Officer or did not get any response within 10 working days after escalating the complaint to the Nodal Officer at HO, you may further escalate the complaint to Executive Vice President (Administration). You can submit your complaint for redressal online.
